This holiday is designed for female beginners who want to try skiing while sharing the experience with a group of like-minded women. No men, no children. Just mutually-supportive and inclusive women who are new or relatively new to skiing. Company when you want it, freedom when you don't!

Our Women-Only Beginner's Week are exclusively for adults only. This is your holiday so relax, switch off and enjoy it.
Share the chalet, share the mountain, share the memories. This is a holiday for ski enthusiasts to enjoy together with like-minded people.
During this week, all the holidaymakers will be women. Service providers and staff may not be. For example, there may be male staff in the chalet, and your ski instructor may also be male.
The single-occupancy supplement is generally the biggest headache for individual skiers travelling alone. Usually, solos have to pay a premium for the empty bed, making ski holidays unaffordable for most singles and solo skiers. With The Ski Gathering, you'll be sharing a room so there is no single supplement. Sharing a triple or quad room, you pay slightly less than those sharing a twin.
The prices shown are per person, except where it is explicitly stated otherwise. Due to the variety of holiday types we run, individual dates may have slight variations in what's included. To find exactly what's included in your holiday, please see the what's included section of your preferred date in the prices table. Please note: flights are not included in any of our holidays.
A comprehensive concierge service is included in the cost of your holiday, so please do let us know what you need and we will take care of it for you. We do not charge for this service.
Please note: On our women-only ski holidays, it is mandatory to purchase the "Beginners Package" which includes a local area lift pass, your ski hire, and group ski lessons with ESF Ski School. This is payable in resort.
As with any shared chalet, all guests enjoy breakfast around the same time. Your lift pass has been delivered to the chalet so, whenever you're ready, we'll show you where to collect your skis and helmet on the way to your morning ski lessons. Very exciting...
In lessons, you'll be starting off gently on the nursery slopes. Ski pistes are graded by difficulty and you will be building gradually up to blue runs. Reds can wait until next year. After your lessons, join the others for a debriefing over lunch, or take time out for yourself. In the afternoon, ski with the group or put some practice in on your own. Whatever works best for you.
Join the others for aprés ski drinks in the resort centre, or head back to the chalet to get the first slice of the afternoon cake. We'll all have dinner together. Check in with the rest of the group for extra tips after your first day's lessons.
Situated opposite the Perrières ski lift in Les Gets, Les Suites de l'Alpe is an 18-person chalet. In total, there are ten bedrooms, with a lot of bed choices. With multiple social rooms and balconies, the chalet is perfect for socialising, but also for spreading out and getting a bit of space for yourself. Enjoy a coffee hub, a sports bar, and a reading lounge - Great atmosphere and good company when you want it, total freedom when you don't. With access to an awesome Wellness Suite!
The 6m x 3m swimming pool forms the cornerstone of the Wellness Suite. This is the perfect retreat for a rejuvenating experience after a day on the slopes.
