If you're an enthusiastic skier/boarder and want to make the most of your time on the slopes, this holiday is made just for you. With the full Portes du Soleil ski area on your doorstep, you can tackle the most challenging runs and push your skills to the limit. And when the day is done, enjoy the charming alpine village of Les Gets and all it has to offer.
Everyone else on this holiday is in the same boat as you. Like you, they will be thinking of a full day's skiing as their top priority. The hot tub, the pool, the sauna and the supreme local cuisine, they're all an added bonus. But this holiday will give you a chance to stretch your legs and go exploring with a group of snowheads who think about their favourite pistes more than their favourite coffee stops.
The single-occupancy supplement is generally the biggest headache for individual skiers travelling alone. Usually, solos have to pay a premium for the empty bed, making ski holidays unaffordable for most singles and solo skiers. With The Ski Gathering, you'll be sharing a room so there is no single supplement. Sharing a triple or quad room, you pay slightly less than those sharing a twin.
The prices shown are per person, except where it is explicitly stated otherwise. Due to the variety of holiday types we run, individual dates may have slight variations in what's included. A 'concierge service' is included in the cost of your holiday, so please do let us know what you need, and we will take care of it for you. For example, we can arrange your lift pass, ski hire, ski lessons and airport transfers. We do not charge for this service - you will always pay the same or less than you would by booking direct.
Please note: On our ski fanatics short breaks, a shuttle service will be provided on one day of your stay to and from a different Portes du Soleil resort, for easy access to the most challenging skiing the ski area has to offer.
For those wanting to be on the first ski lift, breakfast will be served in time to get you there. Your lift pass has been delivered to the chalet so, whenever you're ready, just head for the slopes. World-class skiing awaits...
The choice is yours: ski with the group or do your own thing. Everyone here will be looking to enjoy a big day's skiing most days. Ski to Switzerland, complete the Portes du Soleil loop, or just find the tastiest slopes in the local area. It's completely up to you. A shuttle service will be provided on one day of your stay to and from a different Portes du Soleil resort. Plan the day with the group, and share the adventure.
Join the others for aprés ski in the resort centre, or head back to the chalet to get the first slice of the afternoon cake. We'll all have dinner together. Grab a drink with the rest of the gang, or hit the hay ready for another big day tomorrow.
Situated opposite the Perrières ski lift in Les Gets, Les Suites de l'Alpe is an 18-person chalet. In total, there are ten bedrooms, with a lot of bed choices. With multiple social rooms and balconies, the chalet is perfect for socialising, but also for spreading out and getting a bit of space for yourself. Enjoy a coffee hub, a sports bar, and a reading lounge - Great atmosphere and good company when you want it, total freedom when you don't. With access to an awesome Wellness Suite!
The 6m x 3m swimming pool forms the cornerstone of the Wellness Suite. This is the perfect retreat for a rejuvenating experience after a day on the slopes.
